The location was marvellous and beds were perfect. The room was fairly quiet and the staff was amazingly friendly!

Incredible location, excellent staff, glorious views of the sea. Terrific rooms with very big beds, excellent value. A wide array of options, good food. Location close enough to Basico, the beach and Playa del Carmen. The pool area was great too. Nothing too much trouble, very relaxing stay on vacation.
I greatly enjoyed fantastic room complete with the elevated platform bed, patio, for instance. The service was spectacular and the pool was great.
