We had an amazing time at this resort. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with comfortable rooms and a beautiful structure. The cleanliness was impressive, with the staff always taking excellent care of the rooms. The location was perfect, being near the beach and close to the main area of this city. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff were amazing, especially Luis and Carlos. The buffet had a variety of food. The bathroom had a big stand-up shower and two big sinks. The room had a balcony. The pool and the ocean were easily accessible.

The best aspects of my stay were the cleanliness of the hotel, the hotel facilities, the location to a beautiful lagoon, and the breakfast. The hotel was spotless, with housekeepers doing a fantastic job of keeping everything clean. The facilities were top-notch, including the pools which were spacious and well-maintained. The hotel's location near a beautiful lagoon allowed for a refreshing dip and stunning photo opportunities. The breakfast at both buffet locations was very good, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

The hotel offers a shuttle service which makes it easy to get around this massive complex. The pool is huge and there are always plenty of sunbeds available. The staff, especially a waiter named Antonio, were friendly and provided great service. The food was amazing, with a variety of options and the buffet changed its menu daily.
