We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The multiple pools were well-maintained, with lifeguard security present at all times. The location was perfect, being close to the shops and restaurants of Playa del Carmen's popular 5th avenue. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing us with all the information we needed and even assisting us with purchasing tickets for local attractions like Xcaret.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The two-bedroom ocean view condo was a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. The unit had two bathrooms and a washer and dryer, which was great for my family of four. The hotel's location was fantastic, being close to restaurants and bars in the city center. It was also a short walk away from a beautiful sandy beach where I could take long walks. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel like a part of their family. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a great pool. The cleanliness of the apartments was impeccable, and the free parking underground was a bonus. The hotel also had great facilities, including separate AC in each room, a beach bar with delicious drinks, and a breakfast deal that was the cheapest I've ever experienced, with three courses for only $8.50. Plus, the hotel offered free underground parking and complimentary bottle water. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return in the future.
