The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The room was clean and had a convenient mini-fridge to keep drinks cold. The breakfast was delicious and varied every day. The location of the hotel in Playacar was perfect - safe, quiet, and only a short distance from Playa de Carmen.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was great - it was extremely close to Xcaret, one of the best places in the Cancun-Riviera Maya Area. The hotel was situated in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close enough to the action in PDC. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. Parking was convenient, and transportation options were readily available. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
All was good.
I absolutely loved the peaceful location of this hotel. It was away from the ruckus of the busy downtown area and nicely situated in Playacar, surrounded by a beautiful golf course and close to the beach.
Everything is what I need and want.
