We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was impressive. The facilities were top-notch, including the pool and easy access to the beach. The location, right on the Crossroads which split 5th Avenue, was perfect for exploring the city. We enjoyed delicious breakfast buffets and were delighted by the outstanding service provided by the friendly staff.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the hotel staff keeping everything spotless. The location was ideal, just a few minutes' walk from 5th Ave where we found shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The hotel's coffee shop/bakery was a delightful surprise, offering fresh baked cookies daily. The staff truly went above and beyond, providing excellent service and even helping us arrange excursions.

The cleanliness and hotel facilities were impeccable. The staff was outstanding, always willing to cater to my every need. The location in Riviera Maya was perfect, close to everything - the beach, 5th Avenue, and bars. The breakfast at Pelicanos was fantastic, especially the papayas.
Everything was spot on.
