The location couldn't have been better. We were just a few blocks from the oceanfront and one street over from the bustling dining, shopping, and nightlife area. It was so convenient to come back to the hotel throughout the day to freshen up. The hotel staff were exceptional, offering us helpful recommendations and providing excellent service. The pool and courtyard area were clean and provided a relaxing atmosphere. the hotel had all the facilities we needed and was in a prime location for exploring this vibrant city.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the fact that the room was very big and clean. The staff members were very communicative and nice, especially Margarita who made our stay amazing. The location of the hotel was also a highlight - it was just a 5-minute walk to 5th Avenue and close to many bars and restaurants. We were also happy that Mamitas Beach was only 2 blocks away, making it easily accessible.
We loved the spacious and clean rooms, with comfortable king-size mattresses and good pillows. The bathroom had hot water and was also very clean. The hotel staff, especially Giada, were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city centre and in an upscale neighborhood. We also appreciated the delicious and varied breakfast options. Transportation was convenient, with parking available near the hotel and easy access to taxis. this hotel provided a great experience in this city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The WiFi connection was excellent and I appreciated having coffee and tea available. The swimming pool was pristine and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed and were in constant communication with me throughout my stay. The location was perfect, situated in the center of Playa Del Carmen but still in a quiet area, just a short walk from the beach. There were plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby, making it easy to explore the city.
