We loved the location of the hotel, just 4 minutes from the beach and right in the heart of all the nightlife, nightclubs, and bars. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a rooftop area for relaxing and enjoying the view. The breakfast provided was delicious and we especially enjoyed the option of having coffee or tea at the lobby area. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was right on the main street and just a couple of minutes away from the beach. Being in the city center, it was in the middle of everywhere we wanted to be during our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impeccable, and we were very impressed with how well-maintained everything was. The staff, especially Anna from the reception, provided exceptional service and made our stay even more comfortable. They were always available to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean, with the added bonus of a balcony providing a view of the ocean and the lively activities on 5th Avenue. The location was perfect, right next to 5th Avenue and only a short walk from both the beach and the fascinating Frida Kahlo Museum. We felt extremely safe and the staff was patient with our Spanish skills, making us feel at ease. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we enjoyed the cozy sitting area outside our room door. The breakfast at the attached bakery was delicious, offering a great variety to choose from.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making me feel extremely safe throughout my trip. I loved the location, smack in the middle of all the action on 5th Avenue. It was just off 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen, which made it slightly quieter. The rooms were clean and very spacious, with a cozy sitting area outside the door. I even had a balcony with a little ocean view, allowing me to see the ocean and the activities on 5th Avenue.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
