The 3-star Playa Maya Hotel is placed in a touristic area of Playa del Carmen, 10 minutes' drive from Punta Esmeralda Beach and within 20 minutes' walk of Mamita's Beach Club. Set within a minutes' drive of Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall, this Playa del Carmen hotel overlooks the ocean and invites guests to have a drink at a lounge bar.

Playa Maya Playa del Carmen has a daily traditional American breakfast for guests and it is served in the restaurant. Mi Pueblo will spoil you with Central American cuisine. It is located in close proximity to the accommodation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to Fusion, a cool beach club with food and live music, and only a couple of blocks from the ADO. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a Wi-Fi signal everywhere and a delicious breakfast served every morning. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, quickly assisting new clients with their suitcases in the sand.
Can't fault anything about it.

We had a great stay! The location was amazing, just one block off 5th avenue in the city centre. We loved being right next to Fusion, a cool beach club with food and live music. The staff was really nice and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and the fact that it was served right on the beach made it even better.

The cleaning was excellent, with the room always done nicely. We loved the towel animals the cleaning lady made, and our baby was fascinated by them. The location of the hotel was great, right on the beach with a beautiful sea view. It was also close to the main pedestrian street, making it convenient for exploring. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The location was absolutely perfect, right at Playa Del Carmen with a beautiful sea view. It was conveniently situated close to the main pedestrian street, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was delicious.
