The hotel's location is perfect, right in the center and just steps away from the main shopping street of the city. It's also in a quieter area of the 5th avenue, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The staff at the hotel are phenomenal, always friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond to make sure guests have everything they need.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Playa del Carmen. The staff, particularly Pamela, were always friendly, polite, and helpful in guiding me. The room was spacious, with a full kitchen, comfortable bed, and two bathrooms. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop pool, were clean and well-kept. The location was perfect, just a block away from Quinta avenue and close to Playa Mamita's beach club. I enjoyed being so close to the beach and a variety of excellent restaurants.
