The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were so helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the rooftop pool which provided a stunning view. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the action in Playa del Carmen. It was so convenient to have everything I needed, including shopping, restaurants, and the beach, right there. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was impeccable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and being right in the heart of the main strip. We loved that we could walk to The Beach House and enjoy their amenities as well. The hotel staff was incredibly professional and welcoming, immediately making us feel comfortable. They even went above and beyond to make my birthday special with flowers, a sweet dessert, and a thoughtful note in our room. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the hotel design was modern and edgy. The rooftop terrace, swimming pool, and bar were all excellent additions, providing a great space to relax and enjoy the bustling city atmosphere. we were extremely impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and most importantly, the friendly and accommodating staff.
