I had an amazing time during my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the facilities was top-notch, and I was impressed with how well-maintained everything was. The hotel had a wide range of facilities, including a beautiful swimming pool and a stunning beach just meters away. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, always willing to help me out and get me involved in various activities. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated in front of the picturesque Cozumel island. I also appreciated the proximity of the hotel to the Playacar area, which allowed me to explore the surroundings easily. The breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit every palate.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The beach was amazing, with plenty of chairs and shade from the trees. The pool area was also really nice. The rooms were clean and a good size. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel located in a gated residential area, just a short 15-minute walk from the bustling Playa del Carmen area. The location provided a sense of safety and tranquility, surrounded by beautiful homes. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a stunning beach access and a picturesque pool. The cleanliness of the resort was impeccable, and my room, although small, offered a great view and was kept spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the guest relations desk to the bellboys, who even assisted in finding affordable taxis for my day trips to Akumal and the airport. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, and the all-inclusive package was a major plus.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were well maintained. There was ample parking available, and transportation to and from the city center was convenient. The location in a gated area surrounded by homes provided a sense of security. The breakfast options were delicious and varied. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, with special mention to Lucio who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The beach was absolutely stunning, and the view was breathtaking.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with plenty of deck chairs at the beach and a great selection of water activities like kayaking and catamaran rides. The buffet food was delicious, with lots of vegetarian options to choose from. The staff were friendly and always accommodating. I also appreciated the hotel's safe location in the Playacar area, which made me feel comfortable exploring the nearby shopping centers.
